The Traveling Orchid Collection

Planning outside Central Florida? The Traveling Orchid Collection offers selected placemats and flatware that ship beautifully for weddings and events throughout Florida and beyond. Glassware, plates, and other fragile pieces are not available for shipping.

Shippable rentals include Green Woven and Starburst placemats, plus Pearl-Dipped and Gold Stiletto flatware. Rosalie placemats and Espresso Gold flatware may be available for future dates—please inquire to confirm availability.

How Shipping Works

1. Send Your Event Details

Tell us your event date, venue or shipping address, guest count, and the pieces and quantities you need.

2. Review Your Custom Quote

We confirm availability and provide a proposal that includes rental pricing and round-trip shipping or transport costs.

3. Receive and Style

Your approved pieces arrive packed and ready to use. The client or venue is responsible for accurate delivery information, access, and secure receipt of the shipment.

4. Repack and Return

Repack everything in the original materials and return it by the deadline in your agreement. Missing, lost, or damaged items are charged at full replacement value.

Selected placemats and flatware can be shipped. Glassware and other fragile pieces are not eligible. Full shipping, return, and damage terms are included in your rental agreement.
